About · what HodlProxy is and how it is run
HodlProxy sells residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile proxies the way a utility sells electricity: a published rate, a meter you can read, no plan to negotiate. This page says what that means in practice, where the addresses come from, and how the service is run.
01 — What we stand for
Values are cheap to declare. Each of these points to something on this site you can verify yourself.
Every tier, term, zone and discount is published on the pricing page, and the calculator there uses the same tables as checkout. There is no plan to negotiate, no enterprise tier hidden behind a call, no surcharge that appears at payment.
Residential capacity comes only from pools whose members opt in, are paid for the bandwidth they share and can leave at any time. Their protection is the first reason the acceptable use policy is enforced, not the last.
An email address opens the account and cryptocurrency funds it. We store what billing and abuse handling require and delete the rest on a schedule the privacy policy spells out, including how long an IP address stays on record.
The status page is fed by probes that run every five minutes, not by a switch. Every result is stored with its UTC timestamp, a missed run shows as a gap, and incidents are written by the people who handled them.
02 — Where the addresses come from
What a target sees depends on where the address was born. That is why we run four networks rather than one, and why each is described honestly on its own page. Residential and mobile figures count distinct IP addresses available over a month, not the number online at one instant; ISP and datacenter figures are the address inventory that orders are drawn from. Real 4G/5G devices on real carriers: a shared pool of 4.9M+ addresses billed per GB, or a physical modem with an unlimited plan hosted in the country you choose and rotated when you decide.

HodlProxy is the trading name of the service. The operating company's legal name, registration number and registered address will be published on the terms of service.
